Condition Survey & Report – Flat Roofs
Our comprehensive flat roof condition surveys employ an in depth approach to accurately diagnose the integrity of your roofing system. The process involves an internal examination supported by core sampling to determine the roof's structural deck and condition within the insulation zone. An endoscope can also be used to determine complex build ups. We will also collate all the relevant information and advise on drainage in accordance with BS EN 12056:3-2000 . There are other methods of non-invasive techniques we provide, including moisture mapping and infrared thermography, as well as leak detection analysis.
